Refund policy

All returns are subject to being received within 14 days for Genuine Land Rover and jaguar items and up to 30 days for other brands from purchase. Returns are to BE received un-used, in clean packaging and not torn or ripped open etc. No oil or grease is to be present on packaging or item unless item contains grease or comes with grease such as sealing surfaces on oil seals etc.

All returns un-used are subject to a 20% restocking fee when not required or You the customer have changed your mind. which also customers (You) are liable for return postage costs, damage by courier or loss.

Returns based on warranty claims or arrived damaged by US or OUR courier claims are not subject to restocking fees or postage costs and we will recommend a replacement item in these cases unless no longer required by You the customer.

We recommend You Follow Genuine Vehicle Maintenance Procedures and if you are not able to competently fit yourself You will need to use a garage or competent Fitter/Mechanic/Technician to complete the job.

No Warranties or Guarantees on items are given for yourself or third party mechanical maintenance at any time.

Certified Professional Garages will have adequate insurance/warranties and guarantee of service and be able to correctly implement the fitment of parts. They will have Competent Persons/Technicians on their own terms and conditions to complete mechanical and electrical maintenance of vehicles.

Warranties are given by part manufacturers and our suppliers based on their own terms and conditions.
