How to Use:

Before applying the Very High Temperature Paint, ensure that the surface to be painted is clean, dry, and free of any dirt, grease, or debris. You may need to use a degreaser or automotive cleaner to thoroughly clean the surface and remove any contaminants.

If necessary, use masking tape or painter’s tape to mask off any areas adjacent to the surface you’re painting to prevent overspray and ensure clean, precise lines.

Shake the can of Simoniz Very High Temperature Paint thoroughly for at least two minutes to ensure that the paint is properly mixed and ready for application.

Before applying the paint to the surface, perform a test spray on a small, inconspicuous area to ensure compatibility and to check for any adverse reactions.

Hold the can of Very High Temperature Paint approximately 25-30 cm away from the surface to be painted. Using smooth, sweeping motions, apply a thin, even coat of paint to the surface. Avoid applying too much paint at once, as this can lead to drips or runs.

Allow the first coat of paint to dry completely according to the manufacturer’s instructions. This typically takes about 10-15 minutes, but drying times may vary depending on temperature and humidity levels.

Once the first coat is dry, apply additional coats of paint as needed to achieve the desired level of coverage and finish. Be sure to allow each coat to dry completely before applying the next one.

Once all coats of paint have been applied and allowed to dry, carefully inspect the painted surface for any imperfections or areas that may need touch-up. Touch up any missed spots or areas that require additional coverage.

To ensure maximum durability and heat resistance, allow the painted surface to cure for at least 24 hours before subjecting it to high temperatures or harsh conditions. Curing can also be carried out by the operating heat generated by the engine. Alternatively, bake in an oven for 1.5 hours, building up the heat gradually to a maximum of 220 °C.

Do not overcoat with other paint or lacquers.
