1. Introduction

Welcome to Muddy series 4x4 Ltd. Land Rover & jaguar Motor factors. By using our website at www.muddyseries4x4.co.uk, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Purchases

When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information. All payments are processed securely, and we accept major credit and debit cards through Squarespace and Paypal under their own terms and conditions. Title to goods does not pass until invoices are paid in full and we reserve the right to cancel orders if criteria is not met.

3. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. This will be for reasons based on incorrect shipping information or incorrect payment information in most cases.

4. Shipping

We aim to ship orders promptly, but delivery times may vary due to courier collections, bank holidays and or when purchased at time of day. The risk of loss passes to you once upon delivery by the carrier.

Courier postage costs are subject to change on every order

If you should need to return goods, we can provide a copy of our return policy on request and is number 5 of our Terms and Conditions.

5. Returns

All returns are subject to being received up to 30 days from purchase. returns are to received un-used, clean packaging and not torn or ripped open etc. No oil or grease is to be present on packaging or item unless item contains grease or comes with grease such as sealing surfaces on oil seals etc.

All returns un-used are subject to a 20% restocking fee when not required or you have changed your mind. which also a customer (you) are liable for return postage costs.

Returns based on warranty claims or arrived damaged claims are not subject to restocking fees or postage costs and we will recommend a replacement item in these cases unless no longer required by you the customer.

6.Warranties

We recommend you Follow Genuine Vehicle Maintenance Procedures and if you are not able to competently fit yourself to use a garage or competent fitter/mechanic Technician to complete the job.

No Warranties or Guarantees on items are given for yourself or third party mechanical maintenance at any time.

A Certified Professional Garages will have adequate insurance/warranties and guarantee of service and correct fitment of parts. They will have Competent Persons/Technicians on their own terms and conditions to complete mechanical and electrical maintenance of vehicles.

Warranties are given by part manufacturers and our suppliers based on their own terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by Muddy series 4x4 Ltd and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website or the products sold.

Liability or damages caused by you, third parties or mechanics/professional garages

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and Finance authorities where applicable.
